"You're white, you're born with X number of basis points. And if you're born of color no matter where you are you have maybe half or a third of those basis points to start off with. Yeah. Absolutely. And I think that's just for this country. It's a hard history for people to acknowledge and to talk about they take an extremely personally. And I don't think we get anywhere when people can't have those tough conversations. Well, those are hard conversations particularly with white privilege exactly a lot of what where the rhetoric that we hear now Natalie is based on fear. Do you fear that something's going to be taken away from you or that you're not going to get something that you're entitled to that you deserve. Yeah, and I think entitlement is a big a big issue right now. Now because we miss use that word a lot, you know, and we misdirect I think anger a lot and we misdirect frustration a lot."
